wait no longer! The solution is here! Effective
9/10/08, you can receive your MCEFCU statements
online and have it within the first 3 days of the
month. It’s called E-Statement and it’s easy to use
and easy to get!

First you MUST have Home Banking in order to
enroll in E-Statement. If you have Home Banking,
GREAT! If not, sign up today for this convenient
service

Once in Home Banking, look under the “Bank It”
section on the left hand side and click on
“E-Statement”
-
Just follow the easy enrollment steps and you’re
ready to go You will receive an email
notification that your statement is ready and
then access your Home Banking site to retrieve
your statement.

Once you’ve enrolled in E-Statement, you will no
longer receive a paper statement.

HAWAllAN TREASURY BOND MAY BE A SCAM |
|
Several Members have contacted the MCEFCU to request
that their loans be paid off by virtue of a "Private Bond
Order For Payment-Negotiable." The Private Bond implies
that it is funded by various agencies and departments of the
State of Hawaii, and refers to the Organic Act of April 30,
1900. The Private Bond states or implies that Russ K. Saito,
Comptroller of the State of Hawaii, is supposed to issue
money on account of the Private Bond. Mr. Saito denies
having such a fund. The Private Bond further states that it
is legal tender, backed by beneficiaries of foreign revenues
deposited and used in the Hawaiian Treasury pursuant to the
Organic Act. The Bond is supposed to pay off the Member's
loan with MCEFCU. Members have been asked to pay
various sums for this Private Bond. If you are asked to
participate in this program, you should contact your
attorney to review any papers or documents before you make
any payment. Based on limited information gathered by the
MCEFCU, this program appears to be a scam and may be
fraudulent. |
